This guarantee is to protect both the buyer and the seller.

Eastwood Heights Bulldogsandbirds guarantees the health of all puppies sold for 1 (one) year after date of birth. If the puppy is diagnosed with a life threatening or life altering congential disorder Eastwood Heights Bulldogsandbirds will replace the puppy with one of equal value at such time when one becomes available. For owner to receive replacement puppy the sick puppy must be returned to Eastwood Heights Bulldogsandbirds at owners expense accompanied by AKC papers and a written vet statement describing the health condition. Disorders covered under this contract include severe hip dysplasia, kidney, heart, liver and spine conditions that severly limit or alter the life of the dog. This health guarantee does not cover common conditions such as cherry eye, entropion, hernias, loose hips, stenotic nares, skin allergies, worms or bacterial infections. If the puppy dies a replacement will be offered provided the owner sends Eastwood Heights Bulldogsandbirds a vets autopsy report stating a congenital defect caused the death. Eastwood Heights Bulldogsandbirds is not responsible for vet fees and costs to diagnosis problems, owner acknowledges that puppy ownership involves vet bills and fees. In order for health guarantee to remain valid owner must take puppy to vet within 72 hours of receiving puppy and mail a copy of the vet statement back to Eastwood Heights Bulldogsandbirds. For health guarantee to remain valid owner must keep puppy up to date on all vaccines including but not limited to rabies, parvo and distemper. Health guarantee will be voided if animal is sold, transferred or given away unless previously discussed and agreed upon with Eastwood Heights Bulldogsandbirds. This health guarantee does not cover if the puppy is injured by accident, neglect, abuse or if problems arise as a result of breeding. Owner also agrees to provide the puppy with preventative care, including but not limited to dewormings, vaccines, heartworm treatment and vet checks. Owner also agrees to provide puppy with adequate living conditions and a healthy diet.
